Turnkey Metal Fabrication in Almaty

Universal Reklama handles the full metalworking cycle at its own production facility in Almaty — from engineering documentation to painting and packing the finished products. We work with sheet metal, hollow sections, bar stock and wire, producing both one-off pieces to individual drawings and large production runs for chain-store clients.

All process areas are housed in a single complex, so workpieces never travel between subcontractors, and quality control is carried out at every stage — from cutting to the final finish. This shortens lead times and keeps manufacturing costs transparent.

Metal Laser Cutting

Our laser cutting centers produce parts with complex contours to high precision, leaving a clean edge that needs no further finishing. Laser cutting is ideal for parts with perforations, shaped cut-outs and logos, as well as for production runs where dimensional repeatability matters.

Sheet Metal Bending, Shearing and Stamping

Press brakes form boxes, brackets, housings and profiles to the specified angles. Guillotine shears handle straight-line cutting, while a turret punch press and a blanking press take care of runs of identical parts: where complex geometry isn't needed, this is faster and cheaper than laser cutting.

Welding, Fitting and Assembly

The welding area produces frames, chassis and metal structures, including with resistance (spot) welding. The fitting and assembly area handles weld cleaning, grinding, fitting and final assembly — including products with plastic, glass and particleboard components made in the company's neighboring workshops.

Turning, Milling and EDM Machining

Lathes and CNC milling machining centers are used to make precision parts, bushings, shafts and fasteners. Wire EDM cutting is used where exceptional accuracy is required — for example, when making components for molds and dies.

Wire Products

A CNC wire bending machine and wire straightening and cutting equipment allow us to mass-produce wire products: hooks for store fixtures, baskets, mesh panels, grilles, price tag holders and rack components.

Powder Coating

Finished metal structures are coated with polymer powder paints in our powder coating booths. The finish resists abrasion, impact and moisture, and colors are matched to the RAL chart — including to a brand's corporate identity.

What We Make from Metal

  • frames and housings for retail and exhibition fixtures, racks, gondolas and display cases;
  • metal components for signage structures, lightboxes and 3D letters;
  • wire products: hooks, baskets, mesh panels, price tag holders;
  • fencing, gates, posts and equipment for sports grounds;
  • frames for tents and quick-assembly structures;
  • brackets, fasteners and custom products made to the customer's drawings.

How to Order Metal Fabrication

Send us a drawing or a sketch, or simply describe the task — our engineers and process technologists will propose the optimal manufacturing method: in some cases laser cutting is more cost-effective, in others a guillotine or a stamping die. We will draw up the technical specification, calculate the cost and lead time, and once production is complete, arrange delivery of the finished products across Almaty and Kazakhstan.

Questions & Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I order a single item rather than a batch?

Yes. We manufacture metal products from one-off pieces and prototypes to mass production runs. For single items we choose a process that doesn't drive up the cost — for example, guillotine cutting instead of laser cutting.

Do I need a finished drawing?

Not necessarily. A sketch, a photo of a sample or a description of the task is enough. Our designers and process engineers will develop the documentation and agree it with you before production starts.

What finish do you apply to metal?

Our main finishing method is powder coating in our own paint booths. Colors are matched to the RAL chart or to the customer's corporate identity.

How does laser cutting differ from guillotine cutting?

A laser cuts parts of any contour — with cut-outs, perforations and logos — and leaves a clean edge. A guillotine only makes straight cuts, but on simple parts it is faster and cheaper. Our process engineer will choose the right method for your part.
