Laser Cutting and Bending
Laser cutting gives acrylic a smooth edge and is well suited to small parts and fine details. Heat bending forms seamless stands, price tag holders, shelves, housings and display case components with smooth radii.
Vacuum Forming and Injection Molding
Our vacuum forming line produces seamless three-dimensional products: trays, embossed panels, decorative elements and housings. For large runs we use injection molding machines with custom molds — this lowers the unit cost in mass production.
Assembly, Welding and Finishing
In the model shop, parts are joined by bonding and welding, then complemented with lighting, metal components, full-color printing or vinyl film application. Finished products are inspected and packed for safe transportation.
